Tamarind is a lively Italian managed hotel on a mile-long white-sand beach overlooking the clearest of Caribbean waters. A private jetty is the point of arrival and departure for all boat excursions to nearby islands: Tobago Cays, Mayreau, Palm Island, Morpion, Union Island and more. Arrangements can be made for guests to enjoy the casino and
golfing of Raffles while on Canouan.
Each of the 40 beachfront hideaways, including eight suites, are set in the gardens right on the water's edge with balconies overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Palapa Restaurant is for all-meal dining. A delightful open terrace surrounded by tropical gardens right on the water's edge. Menus include a variety of international cuisine dishes, selection of Italian pastas, fresh local fish and delicious pizzas from the wood-burning oven.
Pirate Cove, an informal Bar & Restaurant open from 4pm, serves snacks, pizzas, and pastas. Special evenings with live music & dancing.
